  Posters are not rolled – they are placed flat and straight to maintain their original shape and quality.

• 🛍️ Protective Inner Covering
  Inside the box, all posters are neatly enclosed in a protective cover to avoid any dust, scratches, or damage.

  Every order includes a Thank You card as a token of our appreciation for your support.

• Image Quality for Custom Posters:

  Uploaded files must be PNG or PDF format between 1MB and 50MB.

  If the file quality is insufficient, your order will be rejected, and you will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

• Unboxing Video Requirement:

  A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to claim refunds or returns for damaged or incorrect products.

• Legal Age Requirement:

  Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our website.

Order Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• For custom posters, processing time may vary based on design complexity and current order volume.

Shipping times:

• Domestic: 5–10 business days
• International: 15–20 business days (varies by location).

Delivery:

• We ensure doorstep delivery for all orders.
• If courier services are unavailable in your location, you may need to collect the package from the nearest courier office.
• A tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once the order is shipped.

Shipping Delays:

International Shipping:

• Standard Orders:

  You may cancel a standard order within 6 hours of placing it.

• Custom Orders:

  Cancellations for custom-designed posters are allowed only within 3 hours of placing the order.

  Once the design and printing process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Order Cancellation Process:

  If you need to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process your request.

  Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during the purchase is accurate. If the address and contact number are incorrect and the product does not reach you, Klaiz Designs is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

• Eligibility for Returns:

  Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or errors.

  If you are dissatisfied with the product for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, we regret that returns or refunds cannot be processed.

• Proof of Damage:

  To request a return or refund, provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the package and the issue with the product.

  Share the video and your order ID via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refund Policy:

  If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Products damaged due to user mishandling.
  • Custom orders after the design and printing process.
  • Cases where the product is delivered correctly and undamaged but does not meet customer expectations.
• Exchange Policy:
