4. Custom Design Orders
For personalized poster or design service orders:

• Clear communication is essential; we will coordinate via email or WhatsApp for custom requirements

• You are responsible for providing accurate details and reviewing the final design before approval

• Revisions may be limited as per the plan selected

• Once approved, no refunds will be issued for custom designs
   

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified). Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (such as Razorpay, PayPal, etc.). We do not store or have access to your card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer both digital downloads and physical product shipping:

• Digital products will be delivered via email or download link

• Physical product delivery timelines are estimated and may vary

• Klaiz Design is not responsible for delays due to courier services or force majeure events
   

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Custom Orders: No refunds once work has begun or the final product is delivered

• Physical Products: Refunds/replacements are offered only for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 3 days of delivery

• Digital Products: Non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery
   

8. Intellectual Property
All content on Klaiz Design, including designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Klaiz Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Custom designs created for clients may be featured in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability
Klaiz Design is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account

• Errors due to incorrect input from your side
