Cancellations & Refunds

At Klaiz Design, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that things may not always go as planned. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide the best experience for our customers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Standard Orders:

    1. You may cancel a standard order within 6 hours of placing it.

    2. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our support channels (WhatsApp or email).

  2. Custom Orders:

    1. Cancellations for custom-designed posters are allowed only within 3 hours of placing the order.

    2. Once the design and printing process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

  3. Order Cancellation Process:

    1. If you need to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process your request.

    2. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during the purchase is accurate. If the address and contact number are incorrect and the product does not reach you, Klaiz Designs is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    1. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    2. Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or errors.

    3. If you are dissatisfied with the product for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, we regret that returns or refunds cannot be processed.

  2. Proof of Damage:

    1. To request a return or refund, provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the package and the issue with the product.

    2. Share the video and your order ID via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Refund Policy:

    1. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

    2. Refunds are not applicable for:

      • Products damaged due to user mishandling.

      • Custom orders after the design and printing process.

      • Cases where the product is delivered correctly and undamaged but does not meet customer expectations.

  4. Exchange Policy:

    1. Exchanges are not permitted after purchasing a poster, whether for standard or custom designs.
