The file size must be between 1MB and 50MB in PNG or PDF format.

4.    What happens if my uploaded custom image doesn’t meet quality standards?
If your file doesn’t meet the required quality, your order will be rejected, and you’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp.

5.    Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Custom orders: Can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
