All posters are printed to order to ensure the highest quality. We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with Bluedart, Delhivery, and XpressBees to ensure fast and safe delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on orders above ?499.
• COD Orders: ?30 handling fee applies regardless of order value.
• Standard Shipping: ?50 for orders below ?499.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement. Once the order moves to the "Printing" stage, we cannot accept cancellations as the product is being custom-made for you.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We take extreme care in packaging using high-strength hard tubes. However, if you receive a damaged product:

1. Record an unboxing video as proof of damage.
2. Share the video and order ID with us on WhatsApp (+91 7034219758) within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Note: We do not offer refunds/returns for custom posters unless they are damaged or defective.
